About ASPEX
The African continental platform for networking and space business development
Download the complete presentation (PDF)Why ASPEX?
Space is no longer a technological luxury. It has become a strategic infrastructure, essential to the sovereignty, security, governance and sustainable development of nations.
In Africa, needs are clear and immediate: agriculture and climate, security and resilience, connectivity, land use planning, finance, public governance.
Space itself represents an opportunity for job creation and wealth through improved telecommunications and its derived products and services, and geolocation for more precise navigation and positioning.

Capabilities exist
Technologies are available and talents are there.
Missing infrastructure
What was missing was a continental infrastructure capable of structuring action.
The ASPEX solution
Connect decision-makers to operators and transform priorities into concrete projects.
What is ASPEX?

ASPEX is the African continental platform for networking and business development in the space sector. It is the only dynamic FAIR offering innovative space products and services that meet the needs of citizens and institutions.
Strategic positioning
ASPEX fundamentally distinguishes itself from classic forums and conferences.
ASPEX is not a space for speeches and presentation of scientific articles. ASPEX is a space for decision, construction, and execution.
- • is not just another conference,
- • is not a space for speeches,
- • is not a simple exhibition hall.
ASPEX is both: a structured business platform, an accelerator of applied spatial projects, a continental hub for institutional, industrial and financial matchmaking, a laboratory for co-construction of African solutions.
Action Infrastructure
Designed to formulate strategic needs, demonstrate and propose real applications as well as innovative products and services.
Partnerships & Projects
Develop and strengthen partnerships, initiate operational projects. At ASPEX, African space is decided, built, and deployed.
